Mindskilz Sport Performance Consulting

Dr. Joe is the founder of Mindskilz Sport & Performance Consulting and is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant® with the Association of Applied Sport Psychology. He is a former United States Marine and lifelong martial artist who holds black belts in TaeKwonDo, HapKiDo and Judo. He is also a former top-ranked TaeKwonDo competitor and has coached a nationally recognized TaeKwonDo competition team for over 2o years. Educationally, Dr. Joe holds a Bachelor's in Health & Wellness, a Master's in Physical Education and a Doctorate in Sport & Performance Psychology. Professionally, he integrates Zen Mindfulness training, performance based Cognitive-Behavioral techniques and Positive Psychology concepts, in order to help his clients achieve performance excellence and live happier, healthier lives.
